Presales Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Solution Architect to join our Services Business Unit (BU). This role demands strong expertise in Security, Networking, and Mobility domains and will be pivotal in stitching complex IT service deals, collaborating with sales teams, engaging with partners and customers, designing end- to-end solutions, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), and creating detailed effort estimations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Presales & Solution Design :

• Act as a technical expert in Security, Networking, and Mobility for IT services solutions.
• Engage with customers and channel partners to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Design customized service solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with OEMs, service delivery, and project teams for developing solution proposals.

SOW & Effort Estimation :

Bid Management & Deal Structuring :

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Cybersecurity technologies : Firewalls, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Identity & Access Management.

2. Networking : SD-WAN, LAN / WAN, Switching / Routing, Wireless.

3. Enterprise Mobility : MDM, BYOD strategies, secure access management.
