About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect with a strong background in Infrastructure Architecture and Cloud Solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, designing comprehensive managed services solutions aligned with client business needs, and working closely with C-level executives to deliver transformative technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the creation and review of infrastructure and cloud-based solution proposals, presentations, and pitch documents tailored to customer RFx requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business and functional needs, co-create managed service solutions, and articulate transformation roadmaps.
• Identify key win themes, drive innovation agendas, and support the sales team with insightful, client-focused ideas.
• Develop detailed cost models and maintain customer pricing templates.
• Advise internal teams on IT technology standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Validate program architecture in coordination with infrastructure, project management, and technology service teams.
• Manage resource loading and cost estimation for solution integration projects.
• Establish and nurture trust-based, long-term relationships with customers, especially at the executive level.
• Provide seamless Engagement Hand Over (EHO) to delivery teams post deal closure.
