We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee-Record to Report!

In this role, we require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in, Record to Report- Servicing of Loans & Leasing portfolio which would primarily involve account maintenance, bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoicing and investor reporting.

Responsibilities

• .Provide R2R transaction processing and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness and timeliness daily
• .Process Standard Monthly Journal
• .Intercompany & Bank reconciliation and confirmation
• .Sub-Ledger vs General-Ledger reconciliation review
• .Execute projects detail work and ensure all reporting requirement are met.
• .Ensure all activities on the MEC are updated.
• .Prepare monthly Balance Sheet schedules & reconciliation
• .Resolve general accounting and reporting issues in consultation with the Team Lead
• .Assist and support the Team Leads in the implementation of project initiatives e.g. CERPs,
• .Execute work in accordance with the service management framework by providing timely and accurate customer service.
• .Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times.
• .Ensure stakeholders queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible and proactive manner.
• .Identify, recommend and implement solutions upon Team Leads confirmation for continuous improvement opportunities.
• .Support new and existing team members through accurate knowledge transfer sharing of resource, knowledge and experience and standard methodology thereby ensuring quality is maintained through any staff transition.
• .Strong Analytical skills to understand process issues and provide solution basis on process requirements.
• .Drive Continuous improvements by quality initiatives.Others
• .Ensure all SLAs / KPIs are met as per agreed in client contract.
• .SOPs to referred while processing and all recent changes are updated immediately.
• .Errors are reported on the error tracker on daily basis.
• .All knowledge gaps are reported to FLM to seek guidance.Qualifications we seek in you!
