Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager / Management Trainee - S2P (Center of Excellence)

In this role, you will support the indirect buying process of a global Life Science customer, by identifying and sourcing tactical buying projects.

The role will likely work across a variety of categories so we will need to demonstrate a broad range of category knowledge and be able to work dynamically and flexibly with a broad range of Experts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties :

• .Provide high quality and responsive Operational support for the procurement process.
• .Create and modify approvers workflow in procurement systems.
• .Act as the single point of contact for internal and external users with procurement-related queries.
• .Query management, handling and closure of request within TAT.
• .Create and execute reports for management review.
• .Daily communication / interaction via email / phone with buyers, requesters and its suppliers in order to solve all the issues.
• .Update / create standard operating procedures and process maps.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to solve problems as the person will have to interact with different stakeholders within the organization.

Good analytical skills.

Customer Centric.

Team Player.

Excellent executioner of tasks .

Good knowledge of procurement platform required / preferable.

Good knowledge in MS Excel.
