Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Management Trainee - Webinar. The individual will be responsible for coordinating and hosting webinars, ensuring smooth execution of events, and interacting with participants. Additional responsibilities include preparing webinar content, managing schedules, analyzing participant feedback, and assisting in outreach to expand the reach of the program. The role requires collaboration with the team and managing multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle event coordination and scheduling
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic proficiency in technology and webinar tools, such as video conferencing platforms
• Ability to analyze participant feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience with event management or hosting webinars is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, or a relevant field
