• Requires minimum 6 years of Defined Benefits experience
• Strong problem solving skills, analytical and communication knowledge
• Strong Defined Benefits Calc knowledge
• Strong knowledge of RKS / BA7 platform is preferred
• Strong knowledge in MS Office, SQL
• Good understanding of all standard Procedure Documents
• Good Knowledge of Testing Procedures
• Strong team player
• Should be able to Coach & mentor team members
• Good project management skills
• Manage stakeholder communication (internal / external)
• Lead client projects independently & should be able to handle multiple clients
• Understanding of overall OTS methodology
• Good people management skill
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Uses best practices and understanding of business issues to improve products and services.
