About :

• Create design artifacts for clients by bringing good Endur package expertise and relevant business, Subject matter expertise to the table.
• Provide leadership in every phase of the project lifecycle-from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimization, and support.
• Utilize a deep understanding of Endur design principles and configurations in creating a solution for the client.
• Contribute to designing and implementing the build, and release process as well as system configuration and deployment characteristics of the application.
• Contact person for the technological aspect on the client side.
• People Management, Estimation, Planning, Work Allocation, etc.
• Drive continuous improvements within teams.
• Also responsible for technical and professional growth of Endur package teams.
• Applies their understanding of the limits of the tool and discusses the tradeoffs in the design phase vs. implementation.
• Work with client's technology lead for design and implementation work.
