Business Analyst

About Us :

Ginni Tech is a fast-growing IT company delivering innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
• Work in Agile / Scrum methodology, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use case documents.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
