Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the platform.
- Create detailed wireframes, flow diagrams, and documentation (BRD, FSD, FRD / SRS) using tools like Balsamiq, Adobe XD, or similar to visually represent the products functional flow.
- Act as a liaison between product owners, UI / UX designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless communication and clarity of features and functionality.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure timely updates and sprint delivery coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Define test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the delivered product meets business expectations.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, track development progress, and ensure resolution of issues or blockers in coordination with the tech team.
- Support the Product Manager in roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and progress tracking for successful project delivery.
- Collect feedback, suggest improvements, and ensure the platform evolves based on user behavior, performance metrics, and stakeholder input.
Requirements :
3 to 4 years as a Business Analyst / software development environments.Proven experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.Proficiency in creating wireframes, flow diagrams, and prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Balsamiq, Figma, etc.Strong understanding of BRD, FSD, FRD / SRS documentation.Good grasp of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, development, and QA.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and stakeholder alignment.Hands-on involvement in UAT planning and coordination.Good to Have :
Familiarity with AI / ML-based platforms or recruitment tools.Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management(ref : hirist.tech)
