Job Title : Tr Customer Support Officer - BPO
Work Location : Tower IV, Upper Ground Floor-Level 1 and 3, Cybercity, Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411013 (Work from office)
Shift time : M-F ( 2.30pm to 11.30pm and 4.30Pm to 1.30 am) Two ways cabs available uptill 40 kms
Responsibilities
- Answering Customer Calls / emails / chat as per training imparted and Standard Call Handling Procedures available.
- Answering calls / emails as per client mandated procedures.
- Updating the Account Status on Client Database.
- Creating appropriate records of calls on the in-house database management.
- System and paper Reports submitted at the end of shift.
- Responsible for escalating calls to the Unit manager or appropriate channels when assistance required.
- Making Outbound Calls as per the training imparted and the adhering to the standard call handling procedure
- Creating appropriate reports of all calls on the specified calls
Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experienceExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workBachelor's degree is a Must
