  • Resolve queries with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on issues

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools
  • Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
  • Meet personal / customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US hours) from office
  • Education

    Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Arts (B.A)

    Skills Required

    Communicate with customers via phone, Fluent in spoken and written English, Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, Basic computer proficiency
