CTC - 17-20 Lpa

Candidates should have experience in IT SERVICE SALES, Revenue Generation, end to end sales

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (e.G., BFSI,

Healthcare, Retail).

  • Sell IT services such as software development, staff augmentation, cloud consulting, and
  • managed services.

  • Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and
  • closure.

  • Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and delivering tailored
  • solutions.

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, tech leads) to create winning
  • proposals.

  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and lead generation KPIs.
  • Track and report pipeline activities using CRM tools;
  • optimize based on insights.

  • Monitor market trends and competition to identify strategic sales opportunities.
