Candidates should have experience in IT SERVICE SALES, Revenue Generation, end to end sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (e.G., BFSI,
Healthcare, Retail).
Sell IT services such as software development, staff augmentation, cloud consulting, andmanaged services.
Manage the full sales cycle : lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, andclosure.
Conduct consultative selling by understanding client pain points and delivering tailoredsolutions.
Build and nurture strong client relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pre-sales, tech leads) to create winningproposals.
Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly revenue and lead generation KPIs.Track and report pipeline activities using CRM tools;optimize based on insights.
Monitor market trends and competition to identify strategic sales opportunities.9302207707
