Job description

Education : Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical.

Experience : More than 12-15 years of industry experience with minimum 6-7 years of sales specific

to custom applications such as training simulators, advanced process control, manufacturing execution solutions, IIOT Solutions,LIMS etc.

Job Location : Bangalore

Skills and Competency

  • Should have delivered and exceeded sales targets consistently for the last 5 years.
  • Should have experience of sales of advanced application for industry verticals such as Power, Refinery and Petrochemicals, Chemicals etc.
  • Should have good understanding of production processes of various verticals.
  • Should understand the customer requirements to be able to articulate key value proposition to the customer.
  • Have reasonable understanding of various advanced applications required for manufacturing

industries in the areas of yield and energy improvement.

  • Should be proficient with internal and external communications.
  • Excellent analytical, technical, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills, (including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation)
  • Job Role :

  • Works with the Regional and Corporate Sales Team & Solution Consultants to develop pipeline, formulate sales strategies, and lead customer engagement.
  • Provides guidance for Solution Architecting, provide competitive intelligence on Competitor strategies - Delivering on Sales Targets consistently
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for delivering sales targets consistently on month, quarter and yearly basis.
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting of opportunities and monthly order commitment.
  • Overall accountable for customer engagement from concept to execution stage.
  • Responsible for creating business development pipeline of pursuits convertible in short and long terms.
  • Responsible for creating large engagements and strategic opportunities.
  • Should be able to effectively guide and mentor the account managers to deliver the results.
  • Responsible for following all compliance and internal process necessary to be obtained for pursuits.
