We are seeking an HR Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth HR operation and enhancing employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training and development programs.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Skills Required
