Job Summary :

Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to implement them effectively across the organization.

Key Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and new hire orientation.

• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct HR orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company culture, policies, and benefits.
