We're building a passionate team that bridges people and technology—and as a Telecaller, you'll play a key role in connecting our services with potential clients.
Role Overview
The Telecaller – HR Services will be responsible for reaching out to potential companies, startups, and HR managers to introduce CommuSync HRaaS solutions, explain service offerings, schedule meetings, and assist in lead generation and conversion. You will serve as the first point of contact between the client and our business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (companies / startups / HR professionals).
- Explain CommuSync HRaaS services, including recruitment outsourcing, onboarding, and HR automation tools.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule online or offline meetings with the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain and update CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle inbound queries and provide clear, professional responses.
- Support the business development and HR teams in campaign follow-ups and client engagement.
- Achieve weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.
- Share feedback from prospects to improve communication and service presentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).Good understanding of HR concepts or willingness to learn.Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking manner.Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.Time management and strong follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.Eligibility Criteria
Qualification : 10+2 / Graduate (any stream); preference for candidates pursuing HR, Business, or Marketing.Experience : Freshers welcome; prior experience in telecalling, HR, or B2B sales is a plus.Availability : Minimum 3–4 hours per day (for interns).Benefits
