Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Intern at Dresma for Gurugram Location. As an HR intern, you will play an essential role in supporting our recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for various roles.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
• Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Help maintain and update candidate information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate experience.
• Qualifications :
• Currently pursuing a degree / Certification in  Human Resources ,  Business Administration , or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
