• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants
• Maintain and update candidate databases and update trackers
