About the Role As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative solutions and client needs. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand business challenges & requirements. Conduct engaging demos to showcase how our solutions solve client problems. Partner with sales to design customized solutions. Craft impactful presentations & proposals. Support sales with technical insights, PoC coordination, and training. Respond to RFPs / RFIs with clarity and precision. Gather client feedback and share it with the product team. Stay updated on industry trends & competitors. Assist clients during onboarding & integration. Identify use cases to highlight solution benefits.
