Presales Specialist

Job descriptionFunctional expertise in one or more of the following areas such as credit risk, balance sheet management, ALM, FTP, Market risk, operational risk and compliance management. Work back with the product development and sales teams to understand client demo requirements and build compelling proof of concept demos. Functional and product expertise to be part of the solution team to define client offering Undertake client demos and explain the product features Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP requirements Create technical and commercial proposals Working closely with Sales to ensure the successful closure of the sales process Liaising with Product Managers to provide feedback from clients about product requirements Build collateral and other marketing material content pertaining to the Techworks products Support in the awareness initiatives for the product including but not limited to development of training packs, learner videos, feature explanation videos and classroom training Undertake feature benchmarking with other similar products and work back with the development team on development for the features. Work permit requirements : Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India Period of engagement : Internship with an opportunity to convert to a full-time role Probation period : 6 months Compensation : Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process. Performance incentives : Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion Leave : 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement. Other benefits : Other employment benefits including medical insurance will be informed during the compensation discussion. Career growth for full-time roles : Acies believes in a transparent and data-based performance evaluation system. Career opportunities for part-time roles : Conversion of part-time roles to full-time roles depends on both performance of the individual and business needs. Such mobility is, however, subject to business needs and regulations governing immigration and employment in various countries. Interview : There are expected to be at least 3 rounds of interviews. The number of interview rounds may increase depending on the criticality and seniority of the role involved. Final discussion on career and compensation : Post final selection, a separate discussion will be set up to discuss compensation and career growth. You are encouraged to seek any clarifications Understanding of low code no code platform development and other emerging business technologies Expertise in using power points to create proposals

- Educational qualification expected : Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Accounting, Finance or any professional qualification such as MBA
- Preferable additional certifications : Azure and AWS certifications related to data management, data analysis, cloud infrastructure setup and management, MS Power Apps and PowerBI certification
- Preferred geography of previous work experience : India / Europe / APAC / US
- Language requirements : Ability to write and speak fluently in English
