The incumbent will travel 7-10 days in a week Pan India for delivering programmes.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management – end-to-end Learning and Talent initiatives
- Deliver workshops in classroom, hybrid and virtual (Team based) workshops – These workshops are competency development, team building & managerial skills development workshops.
- Responsible for handling the Annual Learning Calendar from skill gap identification to Effectiveness
- Focused learning initiatives on Business Impact of training programs to solve Business Related challenges.
- Branding and promoting Learning culture through new initiatives
Co-ordination and Execution of Leadership Capability building
Strategize the high potential talent development program for the year in consultation with TM Head and other stakeholdersLiaising with suppliers providing talent identification and development supportSupport TM Head in Talent identification through Assessment Centre and Development Centre – knowledge and usage of assessment tools including Psychometric, BEI, etc.Execute identification of development areas, Identify external development partners to execute development programs.Coordinate & Support training planned for the month – Coordination activities included working with HR partners for nominations, calendar invites, training D-day support for the external facilitator, follow up on feedback & effectiveness metric survey completion by employees.Compliance training
Ensure 100% compliance related training – i.e. POSH.Training content creation and conduct trainings : Design and deliver learning program
Design and deployment – e-learning, virtual and classroom – Behavioral through SMEsFacilitate / train key behavioral programsDesign content for trainings as per TNI and business requirementContent development for inhouse training programsL&D Administration : Learning Management System – end-to-end use and management
