Job Description :

Lead the strategic development and implementation of HR data governance across Syngenta's global operations. Drive data quality, compliance, and ethical use of HR data while establishing robust governance frameworks that support business objectives and regulatory Leadership :

• Develop and enforce comprehensive data governance policies and standards at the group level.
• Drive overall HR data strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscape.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish data governance culture across all BUs and regions.
• Provide strategic oversight of data stewardship roles and accountability Architecture :
• Data Architecture Strategy : Help the Function in defining at least 23-year strategy for data architecture to set solid foundations for creating impact through reporting, Analytics and

supporting AI related used cases.
