Employee Relations :
Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues including conflicts investigations and ensuring fairness and productivity.
Organizational Development :
Supporting organizational change fostering a positive workplace culture and contributing to initiatives that improve work relationships and productivity.
HR Metrics & Analysis :
Analyzing HR metrics and data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making to improve organizational performance.
Compliance :
Ensuring adherence to HR regulations and company policies often partnering with legal departments when necessary.
