We are seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director. The role requires coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, managing critical schedules, and handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
Calendar & Meeting Management :
- Manage the MD's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings with internal and external parties.
Travel Coordination :
Arrange and manage domestic and international travel plans including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Communication Management :
Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the MD with professionalism and discretion.Stakeholder Coordination :
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.Documentation & Reporting :
Prepare, review, and maintain important documents, reports, and presentations as required.Confidentiality & Discretion :
Handle all tasks and communications with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.Follow-up & Task Management :
Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on key tasks and commitments.Administrative Support :
Provide overall administrative assistance including office coordination and support during meetings or events.Candidate Profile :
