Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and driven Digital Marketing Fresher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in digital marketing while gaining hands-on experience with real client projects.

You will undergo a two-month internship to demonstrate your capabilities, after which you will transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities Support campaign planning and execution across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms

Assist in creating, scheduling, and optimising content for various client brands

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Coordinate with internal creative, design, and video teams to deliver assets on time

Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to build a career in this field

Basic understanding of social media platforms, paid ads, and content marketing concepts

Good communication and organisational skills

Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to sign a one-year work agreement with the company upon confirmation

Comfortable working onsite at our East Tambaram, Chennai office

Willing to complete a two-month internship as a skill assessment phase
