Position based Specialized Manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing activities for India as well as Swiss parent entity and other group companies. The ideal candidate will lead digital campaigns, enhance global brand presence, and support lead generation and engagement strategies across multiple geographies and platforms.
Key Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies for India and global operations.
- Manage digital assets including websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms across the group.
- Create and coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, product launches, and event communications.
- Execute SEO / SEM strategies to improve visibility and drive relevant traffic to global websites.
- Analyze performance metrics from global campaigns and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Collaborate with international teams for content development, translations, and campaign alignment.
- Support digital initiatives for product launches, webinars, exhibitions, and internal communication tools.
- Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and design across all digital platforms for the group.
- Work with third-party agencies and tools to manage content, creatives, and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.47 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.Strong grasp of digital tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS like WordPress, social media schedulers, email platforms, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong coordination skills for working with global stakeholders.Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is desirable.Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.(ref : iimjobs.com)
