Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution as we launch our product portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of an emerging beauty brand from inception, working with cutting-edge products in the rapidly growing hair and skin care market.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Brand Building
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for Hair Serum, Cream, and upcoming product launches
- Build and manage Ravalli + Co's digital brand presence across all online channels
- Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Establish brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target demographics
Performance Marketing & Growth
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsDrive customer acquisition through data-driven performance marketing strategiesImplement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to maximize ROIDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns and automation sequencesContent Strategy & Creation
Oversee content strategy across social media platforms, website, and digital campaignsCollaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visual and video contentManage influencer partnerships and affiliate marketing programsCreate educational content around hair care and skin care benefitsAnalytics & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metricsUse data insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition costsImplement tracking and attribution systems across all digital touchpointsConduct A / B testing to continuously improve campaign performanceE-commerce & Digital Ecosystem
Optimize website user experience and conversion funnelsManage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors, and platform partnersStay current with beauty industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologiesDevelop customer retention and loyalty programsRequired QualificationsExperience & Background
5+ years of digital marketing experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or related consumer goods industriesProven track record of launching and scaling beauty / wellness products in competitive marketsHands-on experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategies and e-commerce platformsTechnical Skills
Platform Expertise : Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and PinterestAnalytics Tools : Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, conversion tracking, attribution modelingMarketing Technology : Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CRM systems, marketing automationE-commerce Platforms : Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platformsDesign Tools : Basic proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design softwareIndustry Knowledge
Beauty Industry Insight : Deep understanding of beauty consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and product lifecycle managementRegulatory Awareness : Knowledge of beauty industry regulations, claims substantiation, and advertising complianceInfluencer Marketing : Experience with beauty influencer partnerships, micro-influencer campaigns, and content creator collaborationsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced Experience
