About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels. This role offers the opportunity to work across two vibrant markets — India and Dubai — and requires hands-on involvement in digital campaigns, events, content creation, and brand communication.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and execution-focused, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, Event Coordination , and Customer Case Studies . Strong communication skills, creativity, and analytical thinking are essential to thrive in this role.
Location : India & Dubai (with travel as required)
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A / B testing, and performance analysis
Track ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement
2. Email Marketing
Design and implement email campaigns including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional mailers
Build and segment email lists to improve engagement and conversion rates
Monitor key metrics like open rate, click-through rate, and conversions
3. Events & Roadshows (India & Dubai)
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and roadshows
Manage logistics, vendor relations, promotions, and on-site branding
Drive lead generation and increase brand visibility through event marketing
4. Customer Case Studies
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify customer success stories
Develop high-quality case studies and marketing collateral
Ensure alignment with brand voice and messaging
5. Social Media Management
Manage brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X
Create content calendars, develop engaging posts, and implement growth strategies
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
0-1 year of experience in digital marketing, brand promotions, and event management
Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Email Marketing tools
Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Demonstrated experience in managing events, exhibitions, or roadshows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability
Willingness to travel between India and Dubai for marketing activities
