Manager - Digital Marketing the Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives including SEM, paid social, organic social media, marketing automation, email campaigns, ORM and display advertising.
- Own and grow the brands social media presence (organic + paid boost) across platforms from content calendars to community engagement.
- Manage online reputation by actively monitoring and responding to reviews, comments and customer feedback across social & third-party platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns against KPIs (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS), providing actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, trends and competitive intelligence.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments, A / B tests and conversion optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, tech and product teams to develop landing pages and enhance end-to-end user journey.
- Evaluate new tools / technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and lead performance.
- Manage vendor and agency partners for paid media, content, ORM and martech Proven working experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with exposure to ORM, organic & paid social.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager & Instagram promotions.
- Ability to independently lead SEM, email, marketing automation, organic content and display advertising campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with online reputation management tools (Simplify360, Locobuzz, QuickMetrix etc.) preferred.
- Highly creative with a strong grasp of audience segmentation, creatives, and messaging for performance campaigns.
- Familiar with optimization of landing pages & user funnels, and multivariate testing (A / B).
- Data-driven mindset with command over tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, Meta Insights.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends & best practices in digital, ORM, attribution models, and measurement.
