Digital Marketing Client Success Specialist / Account Executive (2+ Years Experience)

The Role : We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Client Success Specialist (or Account Executive ) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar client-facing role. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for understanding their business goals, translating them into effective digital strategies, and ensuring the successful execution and reporting of campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term, positive relationships.
- Conduct regular client calls and quarterly business reviews, presenting performance reports and strategic recommendations in a clear, compelling manner.
- Proactively manage client expectations, project timelines, and communication flow between the client and internal specialist teams (SEO, PPC, Content, etc.).
- Strategy & Execution Oversight :
- Deeply understand each client's industry, competition, and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with our internal team to develop holistic, data-backed digital marketing strategies (covering SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.) that align with client KPIs and ROI goals.
- Oversee campaign performance, interpreting data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other tools to identify insights and proactively recommend optimizations to internal teams.
- Project and Deliverable Management :
- Ensure all client deliverables are executed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services that align with client needs and success metrics.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting the foundation for a successful partnership.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in a client-facing Digital Marketing role (e.g., Account Manager, Digital Strategist, Client Success) within an agency or consulting environment.Proven foundational knowledge and experience across key digital channels (e.g., SEO, PPC / Paid Media, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing ).Demonstrable experience analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to articulate complex digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders is essential.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
