Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Professional in Freight Forwarding, located in Mumbai. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating and closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction with DHL&aposs freight forwarding services. The role involves regular client meetings, presentations, and coordination with internal teams to provide customized logistics solutions. Strong emphasis is placed on achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Ability to identify and generate new business opportunities
• Experience in creating and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics
• Sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry would be beneficial
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field
• 3 to 4 Years experience in Freight Forwarding
