Job descriptionDrive and deliver clinical support to Schools including suicide postvention support within Victoria and Tasmania Support the implementation of clinical governance frameworks and practices for responses to suicide and implementation of Be You Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the team Manage continuous improvement projects to ensure resources and practices align with the latest and emerging evidence and project needs Tertiary qualification in a mental health focussed allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (clinical, counselling, and 4+2 or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and occupational therapy, with eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body. An advanced level of clinical capability within child and youth mental health, including the provision of clinical supervision Experience in contributing to service development and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture Strong understanding of youth mental health issues including suicide postvention, suicide, and the impact of trauma on school communities.
