Executive - Growth Catalyst Underwriting

Role Purpose

Responsible for handling the decline review cases assigned, contributing to an increase in application approval rate for new accounts.

Role Accountability

• Conduct timely review & restart of eligible declined apps on a daily basis to ensure accounts contribution target is met
• Understand applicable credit / risk policies and regulatory guidelines to review the applications for any possible deviations
• Conduct process reviews and suggest improvement areas, leading to process improvements
• Liaison with various departments to ensure application curing within TAT
• Conduct review of GC Q Cases on a regular basis & take decisions as per guidelines
• Perform re-review of re-declined apps to ensure higher throughput
• Ensure Quality Metrics are met as defined by business for declined application reviews
