We're now looking for a Sales & Growth Executive to lead the digital sales engine of the brand. If you're hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about driving results in e-commerce, this role is for you.
Role Overview :
You will be responsible for driving direct sales and growth through our website, digital channels, and marketplaces. You will manage advertising campaigns, optimize website performance, implement sales funnels, and convert traffic into paying clients. You'll work closely with the founder and internal team to ensure Modo Caldo's growth strategy is executed efficiently.
This is a high-impact, execution-heavy role — you'll own the process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities :
Website and e-Commerce
- Optimize website user journey from landing → checkout
- Analyze traffic, conversion rates, and cart abandonment
- Coordinate with production and design teams to keep listings, pricing, and stock accurate
Digital Marketing & Ads
Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaignsFocus on conversion-driven and retargeting campaignsTrack performance, ROI, and provide weekly actionable reportsSuggest creatives, campaign adjustments, and strategies based on analyticsSales Funnels & Customer Management
Set up and manage sales funnels via WhatsApp, email, and websiteFollow up on leads promptly and ensure smooth conversionSegment audience for personalized campaignsMarketplaces & Stockists
Coordinate with stockists for promotions and marketing supportMonitor marketplace dashboards and suggest ways to push salesPerformance Tracking & Reporting
Weekly reporting of website traffic, ad performance, sales metricsTrack lead-to-sale conversions and provide insights for improvementsCustomer Engagement
