About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with 2–5 years of proven
experience in the event industry . The candidate should have hands-on expertise in
sponsorship acquisition, award partnerships, and client engagement . The role focuses on
driving sponsorship opportunities, securing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long-term
client relationships to support the success of our events and generating award-related business
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential sponsors, partners, and clients within the
- event ecosystem.
- Generate sponsorship opportunities and secure partnerships for events, exhibitions,
- and awards.
- Manage award partnerships by engaging with organizations and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups and effective
- communication.
- Manage the complete business development cycle – from lead identification to
- partnership closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (event, marketing, operations) to ensure
- sponsor / partner deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain a strong prospect pipeline and prepare regular business development reports.
Requirements
Experience : 2–5 years in business development within the event industry (mandatory).Proven expertise in sponsorship acquisition and award partnerships .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong professional network within the corporate and event sectors.Ability to achieve business objectives independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.What We Offer
