Role Overview :
We&aposre looking for a Growth Intern who will support getting SuperProfile in front of the right
audiences—through influencers, content creators, and niche communities. You&aposll assist in
managing collaborations, help build relationships with community owners, and support our efforts
to break into trusted spaces where creators already hang out
What You&aposll Be Doing :
Community Research & Engagement Support
- Research and identify niche creator communities on platforms like Reddit, Skool,
Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.
Assist in building relationships with community owners, moderators, and creatorsSupport organic engagement efforts by participating in relevant creator communitiesHelp maintain a database of potential community partnerships and key contactsInfluencer & Creator Outreach Assistance
Support influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and otherplatforms
Assist with outreach activities, including initial contact and follow-upcommunications
Help with content briefing and campaign tracking under supervisionSupport campaign reporting and performance analysisExecution & Learning
Work closely with the Growth Associate and marketing team to execute campaignsLearn to create systems for outreach and campaign managementAssist in coordinating with other team members and external partnersContribute to campaign ideation and strategy discussionsWhat We&aposre Looking For :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business,Communications, or related field
Strong interest in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and creator economyGood understanding of social media platforms and online communitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiativeAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesBasic knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics is a plusNo prior experience required, but any relevant internships or projects are welcomedWhat&aposs in It for You :
