Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional with a proven track record in outdoor advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships in the out-of-home (OOH) media space.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in outdoor advertising (billboards, LED Screens, hoardings, etc.).
Actively source, approach, and acquire new clients across various sectors to expand the company’s outdoor advertising portfolio.
Create customized outdoor advertising proposals and pitch presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to ensure successful campaign execution.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and brand managers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements : Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Business Development Executive or Senior Sales Executive, specifically in the outdoor advertising industry.
Strong network of contacts in the media and advertising industry is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and site visits.
Compensation : 70k - 1Lakh per month + Incentives
