About the Role
Bahra University is looking for a dynamic and visionary professional to lead its Training & Placement Cell . The Director – Placement will be responsible for building strong industry linkages, driving campus recruitment, and preparing students for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute placement strategies to maximize student employability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates & recruiters.
- Organize placement drives, internships, and career events.
- Conduct training sessions on soft skills, resume building, and interview readiness.
- Collaborate with alumni and industry experts to create opportunities.
