About the Role
Loop Service, LLC is hiring motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our Inbound Sales Team. This role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and generating opportunities from lead lists. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, ensuring qualified opportunities are passed along to account management teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect assigned lead lists with an LTL-first approach
- Make a minimum of 60 outbound calls and 40 emails per day
- Enter 100 CRM updates daily and adhere to rules of pursuit
- Create 100–400 new opportunities per week in CRM
- Generate qualified transfers to account management teams :
- Months 1–3 : 30 per month
- Months 4–6 : 40 per month
- Month 7+ : 50 per month
- Maintain a 35% closed-won ratio on qualified transfers
- Log all calls and emails accurately in CRM

Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior SDR or inside sales experience a plusStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal)High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound sales activityOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high-volume pipelineTech-savvy with CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)Why Join Us?
