Learning Design Senior

Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
• Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e- learning, and video preferred; experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, and Camtasia preferred
• An eLearning portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve real business and customer problems using instructional design principles and practices for adult learners, strong graphic design and technical writing skills, attention to detail, and a sophisticated and clean aesthetic
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to own and drive project schedules and milestones from start to finish, including managing peers and individuals senior to you
• Proven commitment to providing exceptional client service. Ability to adapt to changing work hours as needed to meet project deadlines and collaborate with team members in different time zones.
• Ability to take information from multiple sources, synthesize and create effective learning solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex issues and effectively present to large or small group
• Digital Proficiency : High proficiency in digital communication tools and project management software to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment. Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc
