Role Summary
Trianz is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Trainer to spearhead our learning ecosystem across partner education, customer training, and internal technology learning. This strategic role combines learning product management with hands-on training delivery for Trianz products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong technology acumen, capable of quickly mastering our product suite while building scalable learning solutions supporting our globalization agenda.
Key Responsibilities :
Learning Product Management
- Partner with Engineering and Services teams to design certifications and learning modules for Trianz products
- Design automation solutions including chatbots and rule-based systems for go-to-market strategy
- Build robust vendor networks and conduct buy-vs-build analyses for scaling requirements
- Create multilingual documentation portals and global Partnercast delivery
Product & Feature Training Delivery
Conduct live product and feature training sessions for Partners and Customers globallyCollaborate with Partner Enablement and Sales Enablement teams to align training with business objectivesDesign technical onboarding programs, certification paths, and competency assessmentsCreate engaging training content across eLearning, microlearning, virtual labs, and instructor-led sessionsInternal Technology Learning Leadership
