Position Summary

This Requisition is for Employee Referral Campaign. This Position is for CE hiring

Job Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of Axtria's solution on sales performance management / Incentive Compensation, targeting / call planning, alignment design and people placement
• Establish processes and best practices
• Establish validation process
• Collaborate with Onshore team / client for project management activities
• Plan, assign, schedule tasks for team
• Monitor progress of the projects and take corrective action as and when required
• Maintain process assets (checklists, BRDs etc)
• Manage incentive processing / reporting, validation, and delivery through Axtria's incentive compensation solution
• Validate output of the team
• Manage careers of the team – Engage, train, appraise, feedback

Education

Bachelor of Technology

Master's Equivalent - Engineering

Work Experience

3-7 years of experience in one of the following relevant skills. Following are the skills we hire for Our Product Team.
