Job descriptionMust have worked in business valuations for at least 2 years. 2-5 years preferred Mandatory experience with PPA / Business Combinations, IRC 409a valuation, Impairment testing as per US GAAP, IFRS and IndAS Experience in complex security valuations (monte carlo simulations) is preferred Candidate will have to manage team. Prior experience in team management is mandatory. Prior work experience in Big4 or reputed valuation services firm preferred Experience in valuation modelling, industry and market research, report preparation, audit support etc. Highly proficient in Excel and word. Good PowerPoint skills is a bonus. Knowledge of working with Capital IQ, etc. will be an advantage MBA, CA, CFA qualification preferred Candidates from NCR are preferred or have to relocate to NCR
Senior Associate - Business Valuation
Job Description :
- The role will include greater ownership of client engagements and project delivery, leading key valuation assignments with minimal supervision, mentoring and guiding junior team members, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- You will also play an active role in enhancing process efficiencies, supporting quality reviews, and helping the leadership team strengthen client relationships and practice development efforts.
- We are looking forward to candidates interested in business valuation profession in high paced environment
- The work will mostly involve engagement Purchase Price Allocation / Business Combination, IRC 409a valuations, Goodwill impairment, portfolio valuations, complex security valuations etc.
- Responsible for the part and entire project delivery cycle of information gathering, industry research, valuation analysis, report preparation, audit support etc.
- Salary will be better than the industry standards
