- Drive performance and process improvement initiatives across the telesales function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth telesales execution
- Evaluate training needs and ensure ongoing coaching and refreshers

Graduate with 4–6 years of experience, including 2+ years in the Indian financial sectorProven record of managing outbound telesales operationsExperience in handling teams of 200+ membersStrong leadership, coordination, and motivational capabilitiesSkills Required
