The Opportunity

We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Product Management to build the future of Acrobat from India. This is not a maintenance role - it's about driving bold innovation, AI-powered efficiency, and seamless collaboration for millions of users worldwide. You will influence global product direction, champion ideas from India, and build products that define the category.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the long-term product strategy for Acrobat, aligned with Adobe's Document Cloud vision.
• Lead and empower a team of product managers to deliver world-class SaaS experiences that scale across consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments.
• Build the product roadmap by synthesizing customer insights, market shifts, and new technologies (AI, GenAI, mobile, cloud, security).
• Influence collaborators worldwide and champion innovative initiatives at Adobe's executive level.
• Collaborate with engineering, build, research, and GTM to implement with excellence - from concept to launch to iteration.
• Build strong external connections with enterprise clients, ecosystem partners, and industry leaders to anticipate trends and opportunities.
• Drive data-informed decisions - set success metrics, analyze usage, and course-correct rapidly.
• Mentor, grow, and develop a high-performing PM team, nurturing future leaders.
