The Director of Program Management will be responsible for overseeing and driving workforce management initiatives within the organization. Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
10-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce management or related fields.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Experience with workforce management software and analytics tools to optimize resource allocation and performance.Skills Required
