The Director of Program Management will be responsible for overseeing and driving workforce management initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple programs, ensuring they align with the company's business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce management programs to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives within specified timelines and budgets.
Monitor and evaluate program performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate program updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the program management team.

Skills and Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in program management, preferably in workforce management or related fields.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.

Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with workforce management software and analytics tools to optimize resource allocation and performance.
