Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our B2B sales team. As a mid-level position located in Bengaluru, Bangalore, this full-time role demands a candidate with at least 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and a drive to exceed sales goals by establishing strategic partnerships and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing sales strategies tailored for B2B markets to elevate competitive advantages. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in negotiation and closing deals, ensuring win-win outcomes and fostering sustained business growth. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong client relationship management skills to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. (Mandatory skill)
  • Capability in using CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines and measure performance.
  • Adept in conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Sound financial acumen for profit and loss evaluations to optimize resources and drive profitability.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools to integrate sales with contemporary marketing strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with long-term corporate objectives.
