As the Marketing Manager (Innovation) – Brand Strategy & Digital Marketing, you will be the creative force behind Good Monk’s innovations. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency and driving end-to-end creative campaigns, new product innovations, and robust digital presence. This is a Chief Growth Manager minus 1 role that requires visionary leadership, strong digital expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer marketing in the health and wellness sector.

Qualifications & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
o 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaign development, and new product innovation.
o Experience in consumer products, FMCG, health & wellness, or nutrition sectors is highly desirable.
o Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with external creative agencies.
o Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms (D2C, Ama zon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
o Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop innovative brand strategies that drive business growth.
o Creative Leadership : Exceptional creative skills with a flair for storytelling and visual communication.
o Digital Expertise : In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and eCommerce platforms.
