As Growth Marketing Manager, you will shape our narrative, design launch playbooks, and drive campaigns that attract both prosumer adoption and institutional liquidity.
Role Overview
You will own growth across the entire funnel : institutional credibility, prosumer engagement, and ecosystem partnerships. Your work will span narrative design, exchange and market maker co-marketing, referral and content engines, and analyst and PR visibility. You will work closely with product, business development, and compliance teams to ensure liquidity and adoption grow together.
Key Responsibilities
- Narrative Building : Position tokenised gold as “real gold, programmable” across all channels and audiences.
- Launch Playbooks : Design and execute structured go-to-market campaigns for new products, listings, and liquidity programs.
- Exchange and Market Maker Co-Marketing : Partner with exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional players for joint campaigns and visibility.
- Prosumer Growth Engines : Build referral programs, content strategies, and education campaigns to attract and retain early adopters.
- PR and Analyst Relations : Manage press releases, case studies, and analyst briefings to establish credibility and expand reach.
- Guardrails : Ensure strict compliance by excluding US, India, and sanctioned geographies in all funnels.
Required Skills and Experience
5 to 8 years in growth, institutional marketing, or product growth roles, ideally in financial markets, tokenisation, or exchanges.Proven experience in co-marketing with exchanges, market makers, or financial counterparties.Strong track record of measurable results in liquidity acquisition or user adoption.Skilled in PR, content engines, referral mechanics, and launch campaigns.Blend of storytelling and execution, with the ability to work across product, business, and compliance.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact growth campaigns with clear outcomes.Salary and Interview Process
