Key Responsibilities :
- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across key platforms including Meta (Facebook / Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance against critical KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Daily Monitoring & Decision-Making : Proactively monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement data-driven adjustments rapidly to maintain optimal results.
A / B Testing & Experimentation : Design and execute rigorous A / B tests on various campaign elements including ad creatives, audience targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page experiences to identify winning combinations and enhance performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams including designers for compelling ad creatives, content creators for engaging copy, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and lead quality.Reporting & Insights : Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insightful analyses for weekly and monthly reviews with stakeholders, presenting key findings, actionable recommendations, and progress towards goals.Must-Have Skills
Platform Expertise : Extensive hands-on experience and a deep understanding of managing and optimizing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).Analytical Prowess : Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other relevant platforms for in-depth data analysis, performance tracking, and actionable insights.Budget Management & Scaling : Proven experience in effectively managing significant marketing budgets, forecasting performance, and efficiently scaling campaigns to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining ROI.Team Collaboration : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with creative teams (e.g., graphic designers, video editors) and technical teams (e.g., web developers) to translate marketing requirements into effective digital assets and experiences.Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically about digital marketing, identify market trends, competitor activities, and translate business goals into successful digital Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA (Master of Business Administration) is highly preferred.Google Ads and Meta Certifications are preferred but not mandatory(ref : iimjobs.com)
